I'm skilled in ethnographic research, strategic innovation, business model & new venture design, customer insight analysis & synthesis, virtual/in-person facilitation, and leadership.
My background is in management consulting, education, and leadership. I was a mountain guide, started two companies, led a school board, and was a classroom teacher. My background in leadership education enables me to be an adaptable team member - acting as a leader, as well as an engaged follower.
I love to explore curiosity and make things. In my free time, I’m surfing & swimming, skiing & climbing, and biking & running - all in the same day if possible. And music... lots and lots of music.
