As a product strategist and customer researcher, I bridge business objectives with deep customer understanding—uncovering unmet needs, defining 'jobs to be done,' and shaping impactful solutions.

My work spans five continents and multiple industries including Technology, Financial Services, and Hospitality, where I collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to translate customer research into actionable strategies that drive business transformation. Prior to Deloitte Digital, I honed my expertise at IDEO, Fidelity Labs, and IA Collaborative—applying design thinking to solve complex challenges. Earlier in my career, I founded two small businesses, taught in the classroom, and worked as a mountaineering guide—experiences that shaped my ability to navigate uncertainty, lead diverse teams, and solve problems creatively.

In my free time, I’m running or skiing in the mountains with my soon-to-be-wife and our dog Jet, or day dreaming about a new business idea.  And music... lots and lots of music.
